The Gatehouse is a drop-in cafe with an open door for anyone who is 25 or over. It is open Monday – Friday 5.00-7.00 pm, Sundays 4.00-6.00pm, at the St Giles Parish Rooms, 10 Woodstock Road, near the centre of Oxford. (map it)
The Gatehouse accepts people just as they are. You can always get friendly advice with your tea, coffee, sandwiches, fresh fruit and cake. Home-made soup is also provided during the winter months.
The Gatehouse could not operate without the generosity of those who support it financially, make food, and work during sessions. Volunteers are highly valued in this organisation.
Having had a break after a wonderfully successful concert in December the Street Choir is back. Rehearsals start again on the 21st January, and as previously they will be in St Giles Church every Monday afternoon from 3.30pm to 4.45pm. … Read More
